LINEN
We provide a full set of bed linen and towels for every guest for the duration of your stay, also a selection of soaps, shampoos, detergents, and toilet paper.
HEATING
The apartment’s heating and air-conditioning system uses a central thermostat located in the entrance foyer and individual control units in each room.
INTERNET
The internet is free of charge. The modem is place centrally in the first living room, but the connection throughout the apartment is stable and fast.
WASHING
There is a combination washing machine and clothes dryer in the mezzanine bathroom for your use at any time, including detergent, and drying racks.

ARRIVAL
We can arrange for a car and driver to pick you up for a fair price from the airport or train station, and return you at the end of your stay.
BAGGAGE
If you are arriving early or leaving late we can arrange free and secure baggage storage, on the building premises, in our ground floor storage room.
TRANSPORT
There are bus stops in the piazza and Via Claudia, a taxi stand and tram stops in front of the building, and metro station ‘Colosseo’ on the opposite side of the piazza.
SECURITY
The neighborhood is safe, well lit, and heavily policed. The building itself is quiet, secure, and staffed by a fulltime building concierge who monitors access to the property.

EATING
There are numerous bars, cafés, and restaurants in the area. For kitchen supplies there are a number of supermarkets, including a Carrefour open 24 hours.
COOKING
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and tableware, plus a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.
INTERACTION
The apartment is cleaned and prepared for your arrival by us personally. We will be there to greet you, show you the house, and answer your questions.
PRIVACY
The apartment is offered exclusively as a single booking residence, without any sub-let rooms and no shared facilities; the entire apartment is yours.
