CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT

A security deposit of €250 is added to the price, and must be paid to confirm the booking. This covers only minor damage to the apartment and its contents, or the replacement of lost keys. The client remains liable for any costs above this amount. The deposit is refunded, in full, seven days after the end of the rental period.

TAX

The Rome city council charges a tourist tax of €3,50 per night for every guest over the age of 10, for the first 10 days only of your stay. We are obliged to collect this, by law, and calculate the total price when you make your booking, based on the length of the booking and the details you enter on the booking form. We would ask you to pay this amount – in cash – when you check in.
